- Connected content: emails, contracts, and documents you connect to Pactlark so the service can extract campaign details (deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, payment terms).

- To provide and improve the service (including AI processing of your connected content).
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information or the content you connect. We do not use your emails or contracts for advertising.
4. Sharing
We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate Pactlark (e.g., hosting, payment processing, AI processing), bound by confidentiality; (b) authorities when required by law.
5. AI processing
Your connected emails and contracts are processed by automated systems to extract sponsorship details. Human review occurs only for support, safety, or legal reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within 90 days after account closure, except where law requires longer retention.
8. Your rights
